COVID-19 Protocol

We have new measures in place following the guidelines in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic. As such we require you to read this information- we have tried to make it quick and easy for you to understand. This is to protect yourself, us and anyone in the building.

What Are We Doing To Keep Safe?

Currently we have the following measures in place in order to keep you safe:

The Building:

  • One way system- In one door and out another
  • 2 metre spacing in and around the building
  • Hand sanitiser dispensers throughout the building - including entrance to the building and outside the clinic room
  • Increased cleaning the whole building
  • Sanitising the handles regular through the day
  • Following the guidelines, from September 24th 2020 we have the NHS Test and Trace QR code you can scan with the NHS COVID-19 App to check in when arriving at the clinic.

What we require you to do:

  • Wear a mask if possible
  • Wash hands before coming
  • When entering building use hand sanitiser provided at the door
  • Use hand sanitisier before entering the clinic room
  • Follow one way system

What we are doing:

  • We have PPE including
  • Protective gloves
  • Protective aprons
  • Type 3 mask
  • Face shield
  • Changing PPE between each appointment
  • Leaving 20 minutes to change & clean/disinfect room
    Disinfect handles and other parts of the building regularly during the day

When not to come:

  • Been incontact with someone who has been tested Positive
  • New onset of cough
  • Worsening chronic cough
  • Shortness of breath
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Sore throat
  • Difficulty swallowing
  • Decrease of loss of sense of taste or smell
  • Chills
  • Headaches
  • Unexplained fatigue/malaise/muscle aches (myalgias)
  • Nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain
