Awards and medals

October was an interesting month here in Leyland at Performa, our sister clinic Stansfield posts Injury Clinic and Jonathan Collier Injury Rehabilitation.
First Up Is Bex who keeps winning medals after medals. On the back of coming 13th in the world for the Ironman 70.3, she then won the Weymouth 70.3 to qualify for next year’s world 70.3, she then went to Sheffield for the swimming masters and had a medal haul over the weekend with some PBs..... she is now having a well deserved little time off in the off season ready for next year.
Closer to home Maria and Jonny won awards at the Bolton health awards. Jonny got therapist of the year, whilst Maria got unsung hero in sport. Both fantastic to get and much deserved. It was nice to see them get some recognition for their hard work.
Bonfire night is upon us which usually signifies the acceleration towards Christmas, again this year we will be raising money for the less privileged and giving the funds to the local food bank.
