Welcome to old and new visitors to the website in 2019. The clinic has been back in the swing for the past few weeks so I thought it would be a good time to discuss new year, what this means for the clinic as well as what we have planned for the year ahead.
Normally this time of year is a time to focus on what can be achieved in the year, this can be a variety of things from planning events and challenges at certain times, reducing pain and the fear it brings to moving more. Here at Leyland and our sister clinic in Bolton we try to help people achieve these.
We are involved with helping many people and clubs, for example Charlie (pictured) has events for the English Championships, and we like to work with these people to help them achieve their goals, but this doesn’t mean it has to be grand, there is much satisfaction helping understand their lower back pain, shoulder ache or, for example, those hamstrings and Achilles that seem to niggle.
For Jonny and me here or Maria and Jo at the sister Clinic we will continue with these, as well as developing our knowledge through in house learning, attending continued development events, research and reflection. There are a few irons in the fire in relation to working with clubs, events and more that we will be releasing throughout the year.As for now, we hope your 2019 brings you everything you wish
